Week 3 - Achieve your dream pageant body

You are halfway through our 5-week journey towards becoming your own dream woman!

We’ve learned a lot about energy and mental & spiritual preparation and this week I want to continue in this direction, because we’ll be discussing nutrition, fitness and how to have your best shape possible! Many of you have been eagerly anticipating this week, because it’s not always an easy task, but don’t worry….I’ll walk you through the challenges and help you overcome them with some helpful tools.

Theme of this week: Mindfulness, Nutrition & Fitness


  • Determine your eating type & tips for managing it

  • Find a diet plan that works for you
  • Foods to eat and foods to avoid to get in your best shape

You will find a full body core and pelvic floor workout in your Week 3 folder, which you can follow to tone up your whole body. I do this kind of exercise every other day and it helps keep me fit without lifting weights or doing crazy crossfit workouts.

There are no worksheets this week because I want you to focus on training your body and maintaining a solid eating plan to help you achieve your ideal weight and shape.

For your bonus, I’d like you to fill out your daily tracker on the individual Google Sheets calendar, and if I see that you’ve been doing all the activities, you will receive my eBook - Healthy Happy Beautiful. This was my first published book after I finished my reign as Miss Universe and it contains a lot of useful information about staying fit and eating healthy as a busy beauty queen :)

  • Record your affirmations based on your eating type in your own voice and listen before sleep
