Welcome to week 2 of Win The Crown Masterclass!

This week we are going to work on your mental and energetic part of being the most prepared contestant in your pageant. 

By learning mindfulness techniques like staying in the present moment, raising your vibration, and aligning your emotional state to the winning energy, you will surely radiate an aura of a winner! 

Get ready to shine your brightest from the inside out!

Theme of this week: Tuning into the winning frequency

 What else you will learn:

  • Steps to become aware of negative thoughts and reprogram them to positive
  • Becoming resilient to negativity, criticism and judgment
  • Tuning into the right mindset to radiate positivity
  • Being present in the moment before and during the competition
  • Learning how to use breath and body awareness to increase the quality of your performance

This week's exercises:

  • Watch the Breathwork guided tutorial and practice the three techniques daily
  • Try a cold plunge in the morning (as discussed in this week’s session)
  • Listen to loving kindness meditation audio to tune into the frequency of love
  • Record your empowering affirmations in your own voice and listen before sleep

Book recommendations:

  • Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle - it will make you know yourself on a deeper level and be able to connect to all other beings as one consciousness. Transcend your ego and learn to live in the present moment by learning body and breath awareness, managing your emotional pain body and being the observer of your own mind.
  • A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle - another classic by my favorite spiritual teacher that will leave you hopeful that humanity is moving into an era of great transcendence and higher consciousness, and how you can be the change you want to see in the world by starting with being aware of your own ego to bring you towards awakening.

All of these exercises are an important part of developing yourself further into your "ideal" self and for reprogramming the subconscious limiting beliefs that hold you back from competing with complete confidence.
